Rules & Regulation

To maintain discipline and a harmonious environment in the college, all students must adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Students must arrive at the college in the designated clean and proper uniform at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time.
2. Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in class. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate in the final examinations.
3. All pending monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of every month. Payments made after the 10th will incur a late fee along with the total amount due.
4. If a student is absent from class, a notification SMS will be sent to the guardian’s mobile number.
5. Students must keep their hair neat and tidy. Boys must maintain short haircuts, while girls must tie their hair in two braids or ponytails. Nails should be kept short and clean.
6. Trash, including torn paper, fruit peels, and leftovers, must not be thrown in classrooms (e.g., out of windows), corridors, or the college premises. Such waste must be disposed of in the designated areas or dustbins.
7. For leave, students must submit an application through their class teacher to the principal.
8. Students suffering from contagious diseases must take leave until they are fully recovered.
9. Absences without a valid reason are discouraged. In case of absence, a written application from the guardian must be submitted to the class teacher. Failure to do so will result in the student not being permitted to attend further classes.
10. Students without the prescribed uniform will not be allowed to attend classes. If wearing the uniform is not possible due to valid reasons, a letter from the guardian must be submitted; otherwise, attendance in class will be denied.
11. Students are not allowed to receive letters or parcels at the college address. If any such items arrive, the college authorities reserve the right to open and inspect them and notify the guardians if necessary.
12. Every student must carry the college-issued diary with the college logo daily and record their homework in it.
13. Before entering the college, students must switch off or silence their mobile phones. If a student is caught using a mobile phone in class, it will be confiscated and kept in the office.
14. Under no circumstances are students allowed to use headphones while entering the college premises.
15. College property can only be borrowed with the permission of the college authorities and must be returned within the specified time.
16. Any activities that violate college rules will result in the principal’s decision being considered final.
